Central Middle School Reviews

I thought Central was a very good school but they don't take discipline seriously so a student is always being disruptive and that takes away time from the class. The teachers are very nice and helpful. I think over all the school is very average

My daughter will be a 7th grader at Central this fall and is already looking forward to going back to school. She really enjoyed all of her sixth grade teachers. I felt that the school was inviting, encouraged student participation, provides a family access system that lets parents access their student's information (you can follow up on assignments that have not been turned in, etc.) and has a great teaching staff that encourages parent communication. It is all what you make of it - how you personally help your student transition and enjoy school, assist them with homework, etc. If you as a parent are actively involved in your child's school/community/life, they will have a positive and healthy experience at this school and will enjoy it as much as my daughter does.

Some teachers are excellent and encourage a student to learn and make learning fun. Seventh grade history lady teacher one of the best. The office is very unfriendly. There is no customer service given in a friendly manner. The principal is not well liked by many parents in the district. A lot of the teachers don't follow up with a student to see if homework is turned in. No contact is made with the parent until mid-terms come home. Excellent sport coaches.

I think Central is very good school and you should send your child there. I love going to school. there are great teachers and staff. the people there are very nice.

Central is not a very good school. This comes from someone who recently attended the school. The teachers never really paid attention to failing grades, and if someone was harrassing someone else, they said they would look into it, but they never did. If you are thinking about enrolling your child into Central, I beg of you not to. You will, and your child will, regret it.

Poor school, principle lacks leadership. Teachers belittle students. More worried about there sport teams then there students. Principle asks parents to leave office when they come in to discuss childs problems.
